Here’s how the Maintenance Program works.
We will have a 20-minute session over the phone or Skype twice a month. You will be surprised at how much we can cover in 20 minutes.
Prior to our session, you can email me your food journal and we will review where you are doing great and where you need support.
We will develop a strategy for when your schedule has unusual events, you have travel plans, or life just gets crazy. You can email me for quick questions, I’ll get back to you by the next day.
We will expand your recipe collection to make sure you don’t get bored.
You won’t be able to get off-track or go back to your old ways, I’ll be right there with you to help with new strategies and motivation.
You and your doctor are going to be thrilled with your results.
All for $80 a month. That’s just $40 a session.
