Six Month Package
If you don’t know what may be causing the problem, but have a strong suspicion it is something you are eating, this is your package. Over the next six months we will connect every week to create and implement your individual plan. We will have time to test many foods and find what combination works best for you. You will learn how to evaluate food choices, to plan and prepare your meals, and how to keep yourself on track.
Three Month Package
If you have a specific condition, or know what type of diet you want to try, this is your package. During the next three months we will develop a strategy to implement the diet plan that works for you. Weekly updates will keep you on track until this is second nature.
Single Laser Session – 1 Hour
If you know the diet that will work best for you but still have a few questions, or are not sure working with a nutritionsit is for you, here’s your plan. Know your problem, but just not sure what to do about it? We’ll figure out a strategy to fix it. You will walk away from our session with clear next steps for success.
